Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

A respected skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of one of its New York facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who is passionate about delivering quality resident care, driving operational performance, and building a strong, engaged team.

Salary: $180,000–$300,000 (depending on experience)

Qualifications:

• Active New York State Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in good standing

• Demonstrated success leading skilled nursing facilities through state surveys and regulatory compliance

• Strong operational and financial management skills, including census growth and staff development

• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire and retain high-performing teams

• Stable employment history with progressive leadership experience in long-term care
