Administrative Assistant Prestige Family

Location: Pelham, AL
Job Type: Full-Time

Prestige Family is seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Owner with daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry, document prep)
  • Answer and route phone calls professionally
  • Manage the Owner’s calendar, appointments, and deadlines
  • Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and coordinate logistics
  • Communicate with internal and external partners on behalf of the Owner
  • Assist with projects, follow-ups, and task tracking
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate travel arrangements; occasional travel may be required

Qualifications

  • 2 years of administrative or executive support experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel when needed

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
