Prestige Family is seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Owner with daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry, document prep)
- Answer and route phone calls professionally
- Manage the Owner’s calendar, appointments, and deadlines
- Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and coordinate logistics
- Communicate with internal and external partners on behalf of the Owner
- Assist with projects, follow-ups, and task tracking
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate travel arrangements; occasional travel may be required
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative or executive support experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel when needed
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
