Prestige Fleet Services performs onsite truck and trailer maintenance and repairs. We understand today’s fleet maintenance demands. Billing Specialists create invoices, credit memos, update accounting records, customer information, and send payment reminders. They deal with customers, send them invoices, and answer any queries. This position is remote.
Responsibilities
- Create invoices, credit memos
- Update account records and customer information
- Send payment reminders
- Assist customers and answer any questions
- Send invoices
- Engage in communication with Managers and Technicians regarding services being completed and any paperwork needed.
- Closing invoices in a timely manner-within 48 hours of the services being completed.
- Communication with customers regarding invoices.
- Verifying all information on invoices is correct and fees are added.
- Assist where needed with AR/collections.
- Taking payments as needed.
- Help other regions as needed
- Participate in weekly billing and sales calls
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of billing
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- FullBay Experience a plus
- Salary range: $43,000-$50,000 annually
