We’re looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join our team in a role that includes cerakote prep work, cerakote spraying, and quality control. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work, problem solving, and engaging with customers in a professional retail environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Legally able to possess a firearm
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50 lbs routinely
- Willingness to wear gloves, respirators, and PPE when required
- Strong communication skills and a team oriented mindset
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Primary Job Duties
- Cerakote Prep & Spray — sandblasting, spraying, curing
- Shop Upkeep — cleaning, stocking, organizing, maintaining work areas
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
