Job Summary
Prestige Auto Tech is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who delivers excellent customer service and understands the workflow of a busy shop. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive services, great communication skills, and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns
- Answer and make follow-up calls
- Schedule appointments using TekMetric
- Provide clear service recommendations and repair explanations
- Prepare accurate estimates and work orders
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely repairs
- Update customers on repair status and notify them when work is complete
- Process customer payments
- Order parts as needed
- Manage warranty paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and respond to CRM/emails
- Provide an excellent customer experience every time
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- High integrity and professional work ethic
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
