3. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and assessments to identify service and repair needs, consulting with technicians as needed to determine recommended repairs.
4. Provide accurate and detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates, timelines, and potential benefits to the customer.
5. Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person to schedule service appointments and confirm service details.
6. Coordinate with technicians and parts department staff to ensure timely completion of service orders, including ordering necessary parts and scheduling labor.
7. Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the service process, providing updates on estimated completion times and any additional work required.
8. Review service orders and invoices with customers upon completion of service, explaining the work performed and any charges incurred.
