Responsibilities include:
Public Relations Support
- Research and identify media opportunities that align with client goals, industry trends and news cycles.
- Build and maintain relationships with reporters, editors, producers and freelance journalists across local, regional and national media.
- Develop and maintain targeted media lists for client announcements, campaigns and story opportunities.
- Draft press releases, media advisories, pitches, fact sheets, bios, Q&A documents and other PR materials.
- Pitch stories to media and conduct proactive outreach to secure earned media coverage.
- Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, media tours and other press opportunities.
- Monitor media coverage daily and compile comprehensive coverage reports for clients.
- Track campaign performance and assist in measuring earned media results, share of voice and key performance indicators.
- Research industry trends, competitive activity and news developments to identify proactive storytelling opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing media events, grand openings, press previews and community activations.
- Coordinate with clients to gather information, approvals and spokesperson availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PR strategies align with marketing, social media and business objectives.
- Provide timely client communication, status updates and support across multiple accounts while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Influencer Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, talent managers and agencies across key markets and industries.
- Research, vet and recommend influencers based on brand alignment, audience demographics, engagement quality and campaign objectives.
- Develop and maintain influencer lists and databases, ensuring contact information and performance metrics remain current.
- Coordinate influencer outreach, negotiations and communications from initial contact through campaign completion.
- Manage influencer gifting, product shipments and event invitations, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
- Track influencer deliverables, deadlines and content approvals to ensure campaigns remain on schedule.
- Monitor influencer content for accuracy, brand compliance and contractual obligations.
- Collect, organize and report campaign metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, earned media value and audience insights.
- Assist with drafting influencer briefs, campaign guidelines and partnership agreements.
- Coordinate influencer attendance and onsite logistics for events, launches and brand activations.
Account Coordination
- Prepare internal and external client documents, including agendas, meeting recaps, presentations, timelines, status reports and other account materials.
- Participate in client meetings and conference calls, providing project updates, reporting on progress and contributing ideas with manager oversight.
- Assist with account organization by maintaining client files, trackers, calendars and shared resources.
- Support campaign execution by managing timelines, follow-up items and administrative account tasks.
- Assist with preparing monthly and quarterly client reports, recaps and performance summaries.
- Support overall agency growth by contributing creative ideas during brainstorming sessions, identifying new opportunities for clients and collaborating across departments on strategic initiatives.
- Foster strong internal and client relationships through professional communication, responsiveness and attention to detail.
- Perform additional account support duties as needed to ensure successful client service and agency operations.
This role is a full-time in-person position in Tampa, Florida.
