What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Help Desk position at Press-One Customer Care?
About the position:
You will help troubleshoot and resolve client hardware, software, and network issues reported via telephone, email, and service tickets on-site. You will be the first point of contact for end users with technical problems and will provide basic to intermediate technical support that is important for maintaining smooth IT operations and user satisfaction.
Shift is Monday through Friday, 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
Requirements:
- Two years of work experience in a computer-related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
- Criminal background check required for hire
- Drug screening required for hire
- Operating knowledge of and experience with typical office tools such as e-mail, productivity software
- Knowledge of ticketing
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal relations skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service on the phone and face-to-face
- Ability to follow written documentation
- Ability and willingness to adhere to attendance requirements, including regular and punctual employee presence
Other Information:
- Paid training.

- Must live locally for the position located in Fort Collins (on-site).
