What are the responsibilities and job description for the Life Enrichment Director position at Presidential Oaks?
The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of Life Enrichment Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the NHA to ensure that an on-going program of activities is designed to meet the interests and the physical, intellectual, spiritual, recreational, and psycho social well-being of each resident.
This is a department level position with a highly competitive salary, which is based on years of experience. A Bachelor’s degree in recreation, therapeutic recreation, or related field preferred. Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist® (CTRS) or Activity Director Certification (ADC) preferred.
