Key Responsibilities
- Support the full-cycle onboarding and offboarding process
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters and HR inquiries
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Assist in administering HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes
- Coordinate training, development, and performance management initiatives
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings and candidate coordination
- Partner with leadership to support HR initiatives and operational needs
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
