What are the responsibilities and job description for the Volunteer: Salesforce CRM Setup position at Preservation Utah?
This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections.
We are looking for a volunteer to create a basic Salesforce CRM setup and templates so our team can begin importing and managing data. The volunteer will work with staff to define the appropriate data model, templates, and initial configuration. Specific object and field details will be provided during discovery.
A well-structured Salesforce instance will help us organize contacts, records, and program information to better preserve and share historical materials and improve outreach. Volunteer expertise will directly support our mission to keep the past alive and more sustainably relevant.
We will collaborate closely with the volunteer, share organizational context and existing materials, and be available to review configuration choices. Details about timelines, access, and stakeholders will be provided during the volunteer interview and discovery phase.
Utah Heritage Foundation Mission: Keep the past alive, not only for preservation, but to inspire and provoke a more creative present and sustainable future.
