PMI is looking for a motivated Painter/Drywaller to help with a short-time renovation project at one of our properties in Georgetown, KY. This is a part-time, 24 hour per week temporary position.
Responsibilities:
The Painter/Drywaller will be primarily responsible for the painting and drywalling where needed of the multi-unit residential property and support buildings.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or GED
- Experience/skilled with drywall spackle/finish and painting.
- Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Work in tight spaces
- Work standing for up to 4 hours at a time
- Safely climb ladders up to 26ft
- Neat, professional appearance; including work shoes or boots with non-slip soles and protective toes.
Employment offer contingent upon completion of a background check and drug screen.
