Back of House Team Member / Part Time Budtender

Join our team as a Back of House Team Member / Part Time Budtender. This is a great way to get your foot in the door of the cannabis industry! In this role, you will support daily store operations, ensure the highest standards of product presentation, and provide some customer service. This position offers an engaging opportunity within a fast-paced, evolving industry. Position will be 14-21 hours a week.

• Most of your duties will be back of house work, But there will be some budtending.
• Package and label products.
• Cleaning and organizing, to keep the store ship shape.
• Working with cannabis to keep our stock of prerolls and jars full.
• As a back up budtender, you will learn to operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments as you learn to budtend.
• Learn about cannabis so you can educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance their experience
• Availability to cover shifts is a plus.
• This position has the opportunity to lead to a full time budtending position as our company grows.

• MUST have a VALID cannabis workers permit to apply.
• Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and merchandising techniques is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of cannabis and customer service practices is also a plus.
