Objective:
Prepare Paperwork for shipments & provide support to the office staff.
Essential Functions:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Prepare Shipping Documents, Customer Orders, etc., using Excel and ERP System
- Scan & File Documents
- Prepare invoices for payment
- Communication/Coordination with other departments

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

The physical demands described represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
- The position is primarily sedentary; however, filing is an essential function. You will be required to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
- When in the Shop, employees must wear hearing protection, vision protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing.
Shift:
Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Overtime as required.
Minimum Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office Software
