Position Summary
Advance Chemical Distribution, Inc. is seeking a reliable and organized Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping and order fulfillment activities. This position helps coordinate outgoing shipments, prepare shipping information, and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The role involves working with internal teams, carriers, and shipping documentation while keeping orders moving on schedule. No previous experience is required; training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipments and help organize outgoing orders.
- Review orders and shipping information for accuracy before dispatch.
- Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and other required documents.
- Communicate with carriers regarding pickup times and shipment details.
- Track shipments and update order information as needed.
- Confirm that packages are properly labeled, packed, and ready for pickup.
- Maintain organized shipping records and documentation.
- Help identify and resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or missing information.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are ready for scheduled pickups.
- Monitor shipping supplies and request additional materials when needed.
- Assist with receiving and reviewing delivery information.
- Keep the shipping area and related records organized and up to date.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple routine tasks.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively with a team.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and shipping information.

Pay: $22.30 - $23.30 per hour
