Role Overview
Own revenue, operations, and profitability across all centers. This role is responsible for driving enrollment, standardizing operations, and turning each location into a high-performing asset—especially within the first 90–180 days post-acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enrollment, pricing strategy, and revenue growth across all centers
- Ensure operational consistency, staffing efficiency, and high-quality parent experience
- Own site-level P&L and improve EBITDA across the portfolio
- Lead and develop Center Directors and regional leadership
- Execute post-acquisition integrations and stabilize new locations quickly
- Build scalable systems for reporting, staffing, and performance management
Success Metrics
- Enrollment vs. capacity
- Revenue and EBITDA per center
- Labor efficiency
- Parent retention and satisfaction
- Speed of integration for new acquisitions
Ideal Candidate
- Multi-unit operator (childcare, education, healthcare, hospitality, etc.)
- Proven track record scaling and improving unit-level performance
- Strong operator with a focus on systems, accountability, and people leadership
Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
