Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Operations based in San Diego, CA. The Vice President of Operations will oversee the organization’s daily operations, develop and implement strategic plans, and manage budgets and performance goals. Key responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, leading project management initiatives, ensuring customer service excellence, and driving profitability through effective P&L management. The VP of Operations will work closely with executive leadership to align operations with the company's goals and values, as well as mentor and manage a team to achieve organizational success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and expertise in Operations Management and P&L (Profit and Loss) Management
- Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to implement effective operational improvements
- Proficiency in Customer Service management and strategies
- Skilled in Project Management and coordination of cross-functional teams
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Experience in scaling operations and managing change initiatives
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
