Starting Rate:$20.30 - $33.80/hour, depending on experience

TheSystem Support Engineersupports the Presbyterian SeniorCare Network Information Systems environment as part of a 24x7x365 support team. The role is responsible for updating and maintaining related technology devices, applications, and user communities within the Network.

- Two-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school AND 1 year of computer experience with customer service or desktop support OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Windows server and workstation operation systems.
- Familiarity with system monitoring.
- Knowledge of networking, enterprise applications, and software (email, SQL, VMware, Citrix).
- Working understanding of mobile device configuration, support, and management.
- Demonstrated problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Must have at least one of the following certifications (2 or more are preferred):
- CompTIA A /Network /Security
- Cisco CCENT/CCNA/CCNP/CCDA/CCDP
- Microsoft MCSA/MCSE/MCSD
- Citrix CCA-V/CCP-V/CCA/CCAA/CCEE/CCIA
- VMware VCA/VCP/VCAP/VCIX/VCDX
