The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the clinical and administrative needs of the care unit. Coordinates and is accountable for the activities of the nursing neighborhood(s). Implements nursing goals through assessment, planning, organizing, and evaluating nursing interventions. Motivates and directs team members to ensure conformity with nursing philosophy and objectives to attain quality resident care.

- Hold an RN license in good standing from the State of PA.
- Experience in long-term care is preferred.
