Status/Shift
- Part-Time Day 7:00am-3:00pm
- Part-Time Nights 11:00pm-7:00am
- Full-Time Day 7:00am-3:00pm - $5,000.00 Sign On Bonus
- Full-Time Evening 3:00pm-11:00pm - $5,000.00 Sign On Bonus
- All including rotating weekends and holidays

Qualifications
- Active Practical Nurse licensure (in state of job location) required
- One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Active CPR certification preferred
- Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents
- Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
- Administers medications and treatments.
- Performs resident assessments.
- Participates in daily resident rounding.
- May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
Salary : $34 - $36
