Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Pediatric Home Health
Role & Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients with tracheostomy and ventilator dependence in a home setting. Collaborate with RNs and clinical leadership to deliver consistent, confident care, supporting children with complex needs. Follow clear plans of care, ensure safety protocols, and utilize PPE in compliance with CDC guidelines. Use the employee portal to manage shifts, access support, and stay connected with the team.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid NJ LPN or Multistate License, recent physical exam, PPD/Chest X-ray, BLS CPR card (in-person), driver's license, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care.
