Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; required
- Minimum one year experience in Human Resources required
- One year of recruitment coordination experience; preferred
- Proficiency is Microsoft Office
- Assists in coordination of the hiring process
- Acts as point of contact for community team members to answer general questions regarding HRIS systems, benefit information, Leave of Absence workflow, and employee inquiries.
- Assists with new employee orientation
- Audits and assists with timely management of employee files, databases, and information
- Provides administrative support to HR Manager
