Compensation: $23.00-$27.00/hr (based on experience)
Full Time Day - Monday through Friday - Occasional Weekends - No Holidays

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related science or equivalent experience required
- Certification from nationally recognized health/fitness organization required; ACSM, NSCA, ACE or NASM
- Prior experience with aquatic therapy preferred
- Prior program development and planning experience preferred
- Health/fitness operations experience preferred
- Proven health/fitness assessment skills required
- Experience working with older adults preferred
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Develop, plan, and implement complete schedule of wellness activities.
- Provide one on one or group instruction on all fitness equipment.
- Prepare and distribute monthly Fitness Center calendar.
- Develop and implement all policies and procedures related to safety in all areas of the Fitness Center.
- Coordinate required testing and preventive maintenance of Fitness Center.
- Administer and process all fees and billing for use of the Fitness Center services.
- Verify receipt of physician clearance forms and maintain participant files.
- Ensure Fitness Center cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory of Fitness Center supplies.
- Maintains a safe work environment and exhibits safe work practices.
