- Must have knowledge in all areas of maintenance:
- Plumbing, minor electrical repairs, carpentry, flooring.
- Install or repair hot water heaters.
- Repair faucets, drains, etc.
- Replace switches, receptacles, wiring, etc.
- Install woodbase, flooring, glass, etc.
- Performs other duties as requested.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- English language proficiency
