Prairie Gate senior living community in Council Bluffs, Iowa, is one of Presbyterian Homes & Services newest communities. Prairie Gate’s updated prairie-style architecture will beckon the adventurous, with inviting interior spaces for social gatherings, opening to an expanse of prairie plantings, and flowers lining outdoor walking paths, engaging the senses and promoting wellness. At the heart of the community, the two-story 21,000 square foot Town Center offers an array of amenities and services, including community gathering spaces, restaurant-style dining, a bistro, salon, library, club room, business office, guest suite, chapel and wellness center with aerobics studio.
This community offers the following care options: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long Term Care.

Responsibilities
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
- Current CPR certification.
- Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
