Job Title: Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for onboarding new clients, ranging from single product delivery to multi-product, complex solutions. They ensure project tasks are completed on time, collaborate with team members for accurate system setup, and provide consultative input to meet client needs. Strong client focus, relationship building skills, and the ability to address challenges effectively are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transition of new clients from their existing systems to the product suite, using effective client service and change management practices.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the implementation process, escalating issues as needed.
• Build strong client relationships by setting clear expectations and establishing trust.
• Advise clients on best practices and necessary process changes to achieve implementation goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate system configuration and data setup.
• Test system functionality and resolve any discrepancies.
• Analyze and recommend solutions to client issues, working with leadership and technical support when needed.
• Maintain accurate project status in project management tools and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct client training sessions via phone or web.
• Partner with sales teams to ensure client expectations are met and provide technical expertise when required.
• Transition clients to ongoing support resources after successful implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a client facing SaaS implementation role; experience in project management or B2B sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of human capital management software preferred.
