Responsibilities
- Coordinate the transition of new clients from their existing systems to the product suite, using effective client service and change management practices.
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the implementation process, escalating issues as needed.
- Build strong client relationships by setting clear expectations and establishing trust.
- Advise clients on best practices and necessary process changes to achieve implementation goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate system configuration and data setup.
- Test system functionality and resolve any discrepancies.
- Analyze and recommend solutions to client issues, working with leadership and technical support when needed.
- Maintain accurate project status in project management tools and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct client training sessions via phone or web.
- Partner with sales teams to ensure client expectations are met and provide technical expertise when required.
- Transition clients to ongoing support resources after successful implementation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a client facing SaaS implementation role; experience in project management or B2B sales is a plus.
- Knowledge of human capital management software preferred.
