Job Description: System Analyst
IMVIZE is a dynamic group of systems and management consultants. Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, the IMVIZE team is a mixture of partially remote and fully-remote team members. IMVIZE helps organizations overcome the challenges of HR, Payroll, Time and Labor Management systems implementations and data integrations by providing full service consulting solutions. IMVIZE’s focus is to minimize the disruption of system implementations, engage and empower employees to maximize productivity and accomplish the organization's goals and objectives for their cloud based solutions.
We are seeking a System Analyst that will assist customers with all aspects of workforce management in the UKG Ready environment. In this highly collaborative and dynamic environment, the System Analyst delivers business-to-business application support to UKG Ready users.
Responsibilities:
Gather requirements and implement software to meet the client’s requirements
New client configuration of software and Current Client maintenance and troubleshooting
Utilize strong research skills and ability to think outside the box to address new challenges and meet unexpected customer requests
Determine best solutions for clients needs and fully test solution to identify and resolve potential negative externalities
Maintain frequent communication with client using strong customer service and project management skills to meet their needs with UKG Ready and beyond
Assist with creation and implementation of training for client end users on use of software and best practices
Conduct customer learning sessions to enable usage and adoption of UKG Ready technology
Drives completion of work according to project deadlines, including managing customer expectations to do the same
Collaborate efficiently and consistently with the IMVIZE team to ensure best client experience

Desired Experience:
- Preferable but not required:
- Subject matter expertise in accounting, payroll, human resources, and time keeping systems including UKG Ready.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or higher
- Proficient with Word, Excel or equivalent productivity tools
- Ability to install, configure, document, test, train, implement and/or support cloud-based applications and systems
- Preferable but not required: Working knowledge of programming language(s) or data representation markup languages (e.g. HTML, XML, JSON, SQL, Java, Javascript, Python, C , Visual Basic, C#)
Essential Job Functions:
- Able to operate a computer to navigate the appropriate software required for the job
- Ability to accurately configure and troubleshoot a cloud-based software system
- Ability to lead functional requirement sessions with customers to translate these to technical requirements for software configuration
- Respond to customer concerns and issues to mitigate these accordingly
- Ability to communicate via phone and/or video with both internal and external customers
- Able to lead and/or facilitate meetings with both internal and external customers
