The Director will lead proactive sales efforts by cultivating relationships with corporate travel planners, incentive groups, entertainment companies, and event organizers while representing the hotel at major trade shows, client events, and industry functions. Success in this role will be defined by the ability to secure new group business, maximize room block revenue, and collaborate cross-functionally with revenue management, catering, and operations to deliver seamless, high-impact group experiences.

- Develop and execute group sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Cultivate new client relationships while strengthening partnerships with existing accounts
- Represent the hotel at key tradeshows, networking events, and client presentations
- Collaborate closely with revenue management on pricing, forecasting, and yield strategies
- Partner with operations to ensure flawless execution of group arrivals and events that reflect the property’s dynamic lifestyle positioning
