Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, network hardware, and business applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for branch and office end users
- Install, configure, and replace devices across multiple locations
- Assist with hardware and software rollouts and upgrades
- Collaborate with internal IT teams on troubleshooting, projects, and process improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete support-related tasks
- Participate in project work, including equipment upgrades and implementations
- Support team knowledge sharing through cross-training
- Take part in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours support
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and end-user issues
- Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server 2019/2022
- Basic networking knowledge (DHCP, network configuration, troubleshooting)
- Ability to work independently and manage support across multiple locations
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Preferred Skills
- 1β2 years in IT support, desktop support, field support, or a similar role
- Experience supporting users in a multi-site environment
- Comfortable balancing daily support tasks with project-based work
