This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Customer Support team members.
- Service customers, providing timely and professional support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with booking, tracking, and resolving issues related to their vehicle shipments.
- Communicate with customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transportation and deliveries.
- Resolve customer concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the HubSpot, FreshDesk, Ring Central and CargoTel systems.
- Educate customers on service options, policies, and pricing structures.
- Support escalations and work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex cases.
- Experience in consumer/ retail customer support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn technology
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding experience.
