Their expertise in automotive transportation includes Seasonal Residents, Recreational Vehicles, Dealerships, Overseas/International shipments, as well as Private Party Shipping.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with booking, tracking, and resolving issues related to their vehicle shipments.
- Communicate with customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transportation and deliveries.
- Resolve customer concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the HubSpot, FreshWorks, Ring Central and CargoTel systems.
- Educate customers on service options, policies, and pricing structures.
- Support escalations and work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex cases.
- Experience in a customer support.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, customer support platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of auto transportation logistics and industry regulations is a plus.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
