We're looking for professional and experienced Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience providing customer service to a variety of clients and has excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be familiar with our products and services, and will be responsible for answering customer questions and resolving any issues promptly, using the appropriate solution for the client's needs.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide information about products and services.
- Use a computer to access and enter data, and provide information to customers.
- Provide telephone support for customer service issues.
- Build relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction.
- Ask customers for information needed to resolve a problem.
- Resolve complaints by ensuring that each customer is satisfied.
- Coordinate with other specialists to resolve customer service issues.
- Answer questions about specific products or services.
