Role Description The Inbound Life Insurance Agent is a full-time, in office/WFH/hybrid role based in Tampa, FL, responsible for handling incoming calls and inquiries from prospective and existing clients. In this position, the agent listens to client needs, explains life insurance products, and recommends appropriate coverage options that support long-term financial goals. Daily activities include providing quotes, completing applications, verifying client information, and ensuring accurate documentation in company systems. The agent collaborates with team members and leadership to meet sales targets, follow compliance standards, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Ongoing training and coaching are provided to help the agent stay current on product offerings, industry regulations, and best practices.
