Premium Oilfield Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our operations manager and contribute to the success of cross-functional teams.
This is more than just an administrative role—you’ll be directly involved in driving efficiency, accuracy, and communication across departments in a fast-paced and rewarding industry.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Create and manage work orders in our operations software
- Update key reports and dashboards (SIR, WIP, job closures, and more)
- Perform internal audits to ensure work order accuracy and compliance
- Process and submit expense reports with precision
- Collaborate on job costing and production scorecards
- Support recruiting efforts (resume screening, interview scheduling, etc.)
- Maintain job ship lists and contribute to project summaries with Sales & Operations
- Help ensure pricing accuracy in the E2 system
- Actively participate in Premium's Safety and Quality programs
- Jump in where needed flexibility is key!
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2 years of administrative experience (Oil & Gas industry preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with field service, oilfield equipment, or manufacturing a big plus
- A team-oriented mindset with a drive to contribute across departments
- Regular use of hands, standing, and walking
- Extended time working at a desk with office equipment
- Light lifting of office supplies/materials as needed
