In Addition To Strong Communication Skills, The Successful Candidate
- Has one to three years customer service experience
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment working with members
- Has effective interpersonal and interdepartmental skills
- Maintains composure under pressure
- Assists members and potential members with their telephone requests
- Answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve
- Educate members on our products and services and self-service options; Advise members on financial solutions
- Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their manager, along with their recommendations.
- Sends secure emails and electronic forms as requested.
- Perform daily duties accurately while maintaining acceptable production levels and managing down time.
- Minimum One to three years of similar or related experience.
- High school education or GED.
