Our well established Optometry office is seeking for a well rounded candidate to join a wonderful team at our Optometry office in Willow Glen.
Our office has been in practice for over 40 years and our mission is to always bring patients excellence in vision care, eye health and customer service.
We are seeking a personable and motivated individual to perform front desk/call center. We are willing to train someone with the right personality.
This individual must have the ability to work as a team member, work independently, be comfortable with multi tasks, with a positive attitude, quick learner, trustworthy and have good customer care and service.
Primary responsibilities:
Answering multiple incoming calls
Scheduling and re-scheduling appointments
Confiming appointments
Check-in/out patients
Patient recalls
Scan and emailing
Verifying patient information and insurance
Pulling up insurance authorizations
Filing
Misc office duties
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
