Your Experience at Premier

Here’s what you can expect from the role, the team, and our culture:

• Job Type: Full-time, hourly role with overtime eligibility
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Reporting Structure: Reports to the Manager of Manufacturing Operations based in our Murrysville, PA facility and works closely with our dedicated shop trainer and electrical assembly team.
• Interview & Onboarding Process: Phone screening, on-site interview and facility tour, reference checks, and pre-employment screening

Duties and Responsibilities

As an Assembler, you will:

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components following provided drawings, diagrams, or written instructions
• Mount parts and devices to control panels and enclosures with accuracy and consistency
• Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• Inspect your work for completeness and accuracy, and report potential issues to your supervisor
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Support other production areas or assist with special projects as needed

Experience and Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic mechanical aptitude—no prior assembly experience necessary; training provided
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfort using hand tools and measuring devices such as tape measures and screwdrivers
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
