- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a positive first impression
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems with excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Provide quotes for services as needed, ensuring clear and accurate communication with clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Assist with office organization, including maintaining and organizing filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Perform data entry, proofread documents for accuracy, and support clerical tasks such as photocopying and scanning
- Proven office experience or administrative support background demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and professional customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and proofreading documents efficiently
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
