What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Assistant position at PREMIER UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION LLC?
The Facilities Department Service Standard are designed to provide our internal costumers with reasonable expectation of process and outcomes. In addition, we want our customers to know what we expect of ourselves as we move toward Customer Service Excellence. The Facilities Department will respond to all inquiries as soon as practical and in accordance with the listed standards. Should you have an encounter with the Facilities Department that does not meet these expectations, please contact your Director of Finance as soon as possible to discuss.
Job Performance Standards include but are not limited to
Render assistance to Facilities Supervisor when needed
Housekeeping of overall outdoor property daily from 6am to 7:30am
Property trash collections on all public areas are performed from Monday thru Wednesday by 1pm and overall trash building collections are performed on Thursday at 1pm
Water case delivery to office from warehouse no later than 2hrs after request
Must utilize provided work-related items
May perform general labor duties on an as-needed basis including, for example, site clean-up.
