HR Assistant Responsibilities:
Assists in managing the day-to-day operations of HR management.
Event Planning to include proactively planning, organizing, and executing events and activities, including food and facility preparation, agenda preparation for Corporate HR scheduled meeting and training sessions.
Oversees internal administrative duties such as processing invoices, expense reports, weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports, material creation and copies.
Assists Human Resources Information System, files, and records.
Organizes and assists with benefits maintenance.
Plans and schedules meetings and appointments.
Manages projects and conducts basic research.
Prepares presentations, correspondence, publications, and reports.
Organizes meetings, keeping agenda, minutes, etc.
Assists other Human Resources Managers.
Serve as a reliable source of information for employees, promptly answering questions regarding payroll and benefits
Assist the HR manager with formulating policies, procedures and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Maintain Human Resources files and records to ensure consistent data accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality.
Other duties as assigned.
HR Assistant Requirements:
Self-motivated and the ability to work independently with little or no supervision Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook)
Bachelor degree in Human Resources
