Role Description The Reservations and Dispatch Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This position is responsible for handling incoming reservations via phone, email, and online bookings, accurately entering trip details, and confirming services with clients. The specialist coordinates and dispatches chauffeurs and vehicles, monitors trip status, and adjusts schedules in real time to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Daily tasks include communicating with drivers and customers, resolving service issues, updating systems and records, and supporting overall fleet operations. The role also involves working closely with operations and customer service teams to maintain high standards of reliability, safety, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Experience with dispatch, scheduling, or transportation operations, including coordinating drivers and vehicles in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems, reservation platforms, and basic office software; ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to support 24/7 operations.
- Prior experience in ground transportation, hospitality, or travel services is beneficial.
