We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team in our Garland, TX office.
Position Overview:
As a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, you will be the front line of our service department—handling customer service requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring smooth communication between our customers and service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails from customers requesting service on commercial laundry equipment
Accurately enter service requests into our dispatching system
Coordinate and schedule service calls for assigned field technicians
Communicate with customers regarding service status, technician arrival times, and follow-up needs
Troubleshoot basic service issues and provide support or escalation as needed
Monitor technician workloads and adjust scheduling to optimize efficiency
Ensure all service tickets are completed accurately and closed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dispatcher, coordinator, or customer service role (preferred in service/repair industry)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced office environment
Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Business Central (a plus)
Positive attitude and a commitment to great customer service
