Recruiter / Project Manager

Premier Trade Services is seeking a motivated Recruiter / Project Manager to support one of our key clients in the Northern Virginia market. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between Premier and the client, ensuring exceptional customer service while recruiting, managing, and supporting our workforce across multiple job sites.

This is a long-term opportunity with the expectation of supporting this client relationship for the next 4–7 years.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified electricians to support Client projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Premier and our Client.
• Conduct regular job site visits to four active projects.
• Verify employees have the required PPE and are complying with all site safety requirements.
• Build strong working relationships with Premier employees, client superintendents, and project managers.
• Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and requests from the Greensboro office and Client personnel.
• Assist with employee onboarding, job assignments, and workforce coordination.
• Represent Premier Electrical Staffing in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, construction management, or electrical contracting preferred.
• Knowledge of the electrical construction industry is highly preferred.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred (not required).
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment urine drug screen.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional, clean-cut appearance with excellent customer service skills.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
