Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role requires excellent organizational skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and proficiency in managing multiple administrative tasks. The successful candidate will ensure a welcoming environment while efficiently coordinating appointments and office operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing outstanding customer support and ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Schedule appointments accurately using calendar management tools, coordinating with therapists and staff to optimize daily operations.
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and record keeping in compliance with privacy standards.
- Handle filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office and other relevant software for administrative tasks.
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and supporting administrative staff as needed.
Experience
- Prior administrative experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with multi-line phone systems and calendar management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and using Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and phone etiquette to foster positive interactions.
- Personal assistant or office support experience that includes scheduling, or related responsibilities is advantageous.
Pay: $22.66 - $27.29 per hour
