Looking for an Amazing Dental scheduler
We are looking for someone to join our dynamic and hard-working staff. The right candidate will be capable of greeting visitors, answering phones and taking care of our dental schedule. The successful candidate will also be well-versed on company policies and procedures and have a friendly personality that will enhance our work environment.
Responsibilities:

Answer the phone and speak to people in a friendly and efficient manner.

Answer basic mathematical questions and look up information in a database.

Answer questions regarding business hours, location, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, and payments.

Take detailed messages for callers.

Be able to use office equipment such as phones, fax machines, copiers, and computer systems.

Ability to fill and keep the schedule filled
-
Make sure the dental schedule is optimized
-
Call backs for Hygiene and Dental treatment to keep schedule busy

Basic treatment coordination skills to keep schedule filled
Dentrix and or Dental Intelligence is a plus for candidates
3 year experience
