Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Montgomery, AL. The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machinery to manufacture precise parts and components based on specifications. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and calibrating machines, performing machining operations, monitoring quality control, and conducting routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications
- Proficient in Machine Operation and Machining processes
- Experience with Milling and operating CNC machinery
- Strong understanding of Quality Control standards and practices
- Knowledge of general Machinery and its maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining is a plus
- Previous experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role is preferred
