As a Content Creator in our Marketing Team, you’ll show the world what’s possible by turning powerful features and professional workflows into social content people want to watch, share, and try. 

What You’ll Do 

Shape the Story 

• Turn product and marketing goals into original, platform-native video content. 

• Stay close to creative culture, audience behavior, and emerging social trends. 

• Develop recognizable formats and series that keep people coming back. 

• Find the sweet spot between creative experimentation, product storytelling, and performance. 

Make and Ship 

• Own the creative process from concept and script through production, AI generation, editing, and delivery. 

• Create short- and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and whatever comes next. 

• Partner with our Creative Workflow Advocates to showcase the depth and quality of work possible with the product. 

• Bring launches and campaigns to life through relevant, inspiring use cases. 

• Keep everything unmistakably Product driven: clear, original, and crafted. 

Experiment and Improve 

• Collaborate with Social, Product Marketing, Community, Events, and other partners across Marketing. 

• Explore new image, video, audio, and editing tools to keep our content and workflows moving forward. 

• Use performance data and audience feedback to understand what works and make the next piece better. 

• Turn winning ideas into repeatable formats and scalable creative workflows.

What We’re Looking For 

• A strong portfolio of social-first video content with great ideas, storytelling, and visual craft. 

• Experience taking content from initial ideas through scripting, production, editing, and delivery. 

• Hands-on experience with generative image, video, and audio tools. 

• A strong understanding of social platforms, formats, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling. 

• Excellent creative judgment across composition, pacing, art direction, and storytelling. 

• The ability to make complex product capabilities feel clear, exciting, and relevant. 

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to move quickly, manage feedback, and juggle multiple projects. 

• Comfort appearing on camera and recording voiceovers. 

Bonus Points 

• Experience creating content for a creative technology or SaaS product. 

• Experience producing tutorials, product demos, or workflow breakdowns. 

• An active interest or presence in the AI creative community. 

• Experience building reusable prompts, templates, or AI production workflows.
