We’re hiring a high-level Stadium Operations Coordinator to lead staffing operations for major FIFA events across New York, Guadalajara, and Mexico City.
This is a high-impact, 4-month role responsible for building and executing large-scale staffing logistics across multiple stadiums. You will establish the operational foundation across all locations, transition Mexico execution to local coordinators, and lead New York operations on-site.
What You’ll Do
- Lead staffing operations for 500 staff per game, per stadium
- Build and implement full-scale staffing plans, schedules, and operational workflows across all locations
- Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house teams including chefs, kitchen staff, and hospitality teams
- Partner with internal recruiters and coordinators to ensure complete and timely staffing coverage
- Work directly with client leadership to align on execution strategy and operational standards
- Own workforce logistics including deployment, uniforms, credentialing, and compliance
- Stand up operations in Guadalajara and Mexico City, then execute a structured handoff to local coordinators
- Maintain oversight across all markets to ensure consistency, quality, and execution standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading 500 staff per event in stadiums, large venues, or major events
- Strong background in event operations, large-scale staffing, or hospitality logistics
- Experience building operations from the ground up across multiple locations
- Ability to lead under pressure and make real-time operational decisions
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and execution-focused
- Strong leadership presence with experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Must be located in New York or New Jersey
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: $7,500 – $8,500 (depending on experience and scope)
