Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Operations Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in construction project execution. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations across multiple projects, ensuring seamless communication between teams, contractors, and clients.
Duties
- Coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction phases.
- Assist in developing and managing construction estimates and budgets utilizing Construction estimating tools, and Excel data analysis to control costs effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to review construction plans, specifications, and contracts for accuracy and clarity.
- Utilize construction management software to track progress, document changes, and communicate updates.
- Support project scheduling by analyzing critical paths and adjusting timelines proactively to mitigate delays.
- Monitor construction site activities for compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, cost management, and schedule performance for stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication among all parties involved in the project lifecycle—contractors, suppliers, clients—to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
