Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Cleaning of vacant units
- Maintain outdoor areas by trimming trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and performing gardening duties to enhance landscape beauty.
- Conduct snow shoveling during winter months to ensure safe walkways and driveways.
- Assist with landscape projects including hardscape installation, tree trimming, and general support as needed.
- Perform regular inspections of grounds for hazards or maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Support seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, planting, pruning, or other horticultural activities to keep outdoor spaces vibrant year-round.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools
- Ability to self direct and clean areas effectively
- Ability to perform snow removal efficiently during winter conditions.
